Time Blocking Tips to Thrive and Empower
Have you ever felt so scattered in your thoughts that you weren’t able to focus and accomplish the things you needed to do? I have been there more times than I can count! As women we wear a lot of hats! If we are lucky, we love all of them! Despite loving them all, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and discouraged when we don’t accomplish everything we set out to do. Through time blocking, I’ve found a way to feel empowered and accomplished at the end of each day. Even if a task isn’t completed, I look forward to tackling it again the next day with renewed energy. Let me share how time blocking can help you thrive and feel empowered too!
Why Time Blocking Works As a busy work-from-home mom, farmer’s wife, and Grammy, I need clear time blocks to transition between tasks and areas of my life. Time blocks allow me to separate my work time, home time, and me time. They can be personalized in many ways, and I prefer to organize mine by day and time.
